Losing weight

Everyone knows that losing weight is NOT easy.... But I am determined to get to my goal!

11 days ago I decided that I am sooooo DONE... So I stopped with the rice krispy treats, adn the girls scout cookies, and the yummy red vines...

I wasnt really drinking soda anyway but I was drinking A LOT of fruit juices like cran-rasberry.. which isnt much better with the calories and stuff..

I went clean...

Straight water... turning my head and walking away from the sweets. If I want something sweet I eat a MOTTS strawberry applesauce... (90 calories)

Weighed in today and I have LOST 9 POUNDS! CHHEEHOOO

All this is paying off

Also I have been walking for 30 min or more every morning and doing pilates and night...

THE BEGINNING TO AN END!




First and foremost I want to start my first blog post saying....

"I HAVE OFFICIALLY HAD ENOUGH!!!"

I have had enough of being fat, enough of self loathing, enough over eating, enough self pitty, enough poundage added to my body!

I have tried and tried and usually give up...

I dont want to give up anymore. I want to actually look in the mirror and be proud of what I see...

I dont want to always be known as the fattests person in my family, the fattest sister, the fat but cool friend.

I want my husband to look at me always and think how there is more to me than a sweet personality...
I want to change my life style. I want to have pride in myself... I want to be confident in every way possible.
I want to feel better, I want to not hurt when I walk...


I am taking a stand now.....

No more.... No more cheating, no more over eating, no more junk foot, no more fatty foods... no more Sadness....

I did it once before... I want to do it again and maintain....

MY GOAL!
I can do this...

Every day I will blog about my ups and downs, my progress... I want to be held accountable...

I will also post cool exercise tips or little daily challenges....

Here we go...

No more FATTY no more SADDY, just plain FITNESS!!!!
